Sey hello to New Year's Eve 2018! Four ideas for celebrating the New Years Eve in Wroclaw!

The wildest night of the year is coming along! THE NEW YEAR’S EVE! And why don’t you exchange your New Year greetings in our beautiful Wrocław? If you think the palette of choices is not a wide one, indeed, you couldn’t be more mistaken! Here are a few suggestions as to the best New Year’s Eve you could ever have!

No matter if you’re fond of grand balls, cosy parties or elegant candle light dinners, the Wrocław restaurants and institutions will certainly catch your eye with their fantastic offers!

#1 – CELEBRATE NEW YEAR'S EVE IN THE WROCŁAW MARKET SQUARE

This year, the New Year’s Eve party in the Old Market Square bears the very promising title “Colours of Joy”. As it usually takes place, our main stars will be the local artists. The whole event is directed by Konrad Imiela. And what’s worth mentioning here is the fact that they shall perform live – both the singers and the orchestra - without playback which is not always the case as far as other events of this type are concerned! Amongst the singers, there will be: Lech Janerka as well as Natalia Sikora who will sing Janis Joplin’s songs, and after midnight a colourful and energetic band shall conquer the stage, the very exotic, yet fully domestic Afromental! Another vocalist will be Natalia Grosiak whom you can know from the Mikromusic group. In Gołębi Square, there shall stand a grand stage with mapping full of colours and LED visualisations. We start at 7:00 pm!

Remember that the Patio Hotel*** is located barely 50 m away from the New Year’s Eve stage! Here are some details about this open-air event.

#2 – CULTURAL NEW YEAR’S EVE

Alright… But such mass events are not to the taste of everyone, are they? So, if you are one of these who prefer some more refined events, there’s something nice to tickle your fancy. Raise the festive toast during a theatre play! Our cultural institutions have prepared something quite extraordinary, now waiting to impress. So, to the point… In the National Forum of Music, the Wrocław Baroque Orchestra conducted by Jarosław Thiel will give their concert. Not the choice? Very well, there’s more to come... Fans of the music theatre Capitol can enjoy the twenty five most beautiful songs from their repertoire, e.g. from “Master and Margarita”, “Rat Pack”, “Liżę twoje serce” (“Licking your heart”) or “Three Musketeers”. And the Wrocław Opera House wants to attract you with their “Candide” - beyond all doubt quite a suiting choice for all the music lovers. So, if the mastery of the musical king – Leonard Bernstein – seems close to your heart, you have just found the right place to quench your music thirst.

#3 – LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED...

This night should soothe your nerves and bring you joy, chasing away all the fears and sorrows of the past days. And is there a better place to let your hair down than our Wrocław clubs? Just choose the ambience which suits your taste and paint the town red! Quite an interesting choice is the party held at the Centennial Hall which for this one night only shall turn into a large, crazy disco club! Special light effects and the biggest multimedia screen in Poland guaranteed!

#4 – TASTING SUPPER – SOMETHING FOR THE GOURMETS

If you love good cooking and cosy interiors and you would like to try some fancy dishes, visit our Patio Restaurant! We have prepared some delicious Polish cuisine for you, seemingly traditional, yet served in quite a modern form! There are six courses to come, enriched with a glass of sparkling wine at midnight! The last free seating places available! To check the details and menu of our New Year’s Eve supper, please click here.

WELCOME THE NEW YEAR IN WROCŁAW AND AT THE PATIO HOTEL! IT’S THE BEST CHOICE OF THEM ALL!
